Our Mission
Nourish Your Health
Research has shown that nutritional well-being in older adults decreases due to a variety of factors. By giving seminars on healthy eating and teaching accessible, at-home exercises, we aim to promote better eating and sustained physical activity, both of which are proven to reduce the risk of age-related illnesses.
Nourish Your Mind
We strive to narrow the telemedicine-geriatric care gap by boosting digital literacy among elders. By teaching fundamental technology skills, our goal is to empower our elders to actively participate in online physician visits, unlocking the full potential of technology for their healthcare needs.
Nourish Your Relationships
Social connection is an important predictor of long-term happiness, but it is also true that the number of relationships a person maintains decreases as they age. By facilitating weekly conversations, we aim to cultivate intergenerational friendships, fostering meaningful connections that contribute to overall well-being and fulfillment.
